Sahih Al Bukhari Hadith Number 957

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) used to offer the prayer of `Id-ul-Adha and `Id-ul-Fitr and then deliver the Khutba after the prayer.
