Sahih Al Bukhari Hadith Number 1264

Narrated `Aisha: Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) was shrouded in three Yemenite white Suhuliya (pieces of cloth) of cotton, and in them there was neither a shirt nor a turban.”
